Everything ships from Portland, Oregon, tracked. Here is exactly what to expect.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order rings take 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.
Free US shipping applies to orders over $75. Below that, US shipping is a flat $6.50.

Delivery estimates are business days and exclude customs delays. Import duties, VAT and handling fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility — we cannot predict or absorb them.
Returns
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send instructions.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original pouch with the stone card.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item was faulty, damaged, or not what was ordered.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Faulty items
Every piece is checked before it ships, but if something fails — a clasp, a wire wrap, a setting — email us a photograph and we will repair or replace it free of charge, including postage both ways. This covers manufacturing faults for 12 months from delivery; it does not cover accidental damage or normal wear on soft stones.
Customs & duties
We declare the full value of every parcel on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare value — it is illegal, and it invalidates your insurance if the parcel is lost.
